We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional skincare journey. If you are not happy with your AlumierMD purchase, you may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AlumierMD account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least half-full and inclusive of any promotional materials or sets.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
